Questions about decants
What a decant is, whether the fragrance is original, the sizes and prices, how payment and delivery work across Egypt.
What is a perfume decant?
A decant is the fragrance from an original bottle, poured into a smaller one. Nothing is added and nothing is diluted: a 6 ml decant of a fragrance is that same fragrance, in an amount you can finish rather than a bottle you hope you still like in a year.
Are the fragrances original?
Yes. Every bottle is bought full, and decants are poured from bottles we own and open ourselves. The bottle a decant came from is one we can point at.
What sizes are there, and what do they cost?
Samples of about 2 ml for trying something, and 4, 6 and 10 ml decants to wear properly. Prices depend on the fragrance — a designer scent starts far lower than a niche one — and every price on this site is in Egyptian pounds.
How do I pay?
By InstaPay transfer. You place the order, get a reference and the transfer details, and we confirm once the transfer lands. Nothing is poured before that.
How long does delivery take?
J&T Express carries every order, usually 2 to 4 days anywhere in Egypt. The delivery charge depends on your governorate and is worked out at checkout.
How long does a decant last?
Kept closed, away from heat and sunlight, it keeps as well as the bottle it came from. The atomiser is the part that suffers first, so keep it upright.
