Luxury Notes sells original perfumes, decants and samples in Egypt. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and governorate, and your email and order notes if you give them. We keep what you ordered and how it was paid. If you leave a review, enter a giveaway or ask for a fragrance, we keep what you send us.

Why we use it

We use your details to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to take payment, to prevent fake orders, and to tell you when something you asked for is back in stock.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details. We share only what each service needs: the courier that delivers your order, the services that send our email and WhatsApp messages, and Cloudflare, which protects the site from fake orders.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep your cart and to remember how you first found the shop. Our own visit count uses a code that changes every day and cannot identify you. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the shop is used and the Meta pixel to measure our ads. These services set their own cookies and process data under their own policies.

Social media

We publish our own posts on Facebook, Instagram and X. We do not read or collect the personal data of people who follow or interact with those accounts through our publishing tool.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts and for after-sale support. Our visit log is deleted after 120 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. We may keep what the law requires for our accounts. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser.
